I will do this by helping you create a 'wheel of life' to establish what your current position is and then look at the steps needed to make your goals and vision a reality

I will use tools and techniques used in life coaching such as personality tests, diaries, creating habits, asking powerful questions and show ways to 'bust' your limiting beliefs
